Higher Quality Viewing
In order to use the Higher Quality Viewer, you must be using a Windows PC and Internet Explorer.
The first time you log onto the Higher Quality Viewing, you will need to install Active X Controls called Live.cab to uncompress the video stream. Online Doggy states that this is safe to install and will not cause any damage to your machine. Follow the steps below to install these files:
1. Click here to get Live.cab
2. When prompted, click Run or Install twice
3. The first time you try to view the higher quality video, you may get a security warning in your browser saying the Active X Control Live.cab is trying to run on your computer. Click on this security warning and tell it to Allow Live.cab to run.
