In order to use the ActiveX viewer with Windows Vista or Windows 7, you will need to run Internet Explorer as an Administrator by following these steps:
- Close all Internet Explorer windows you have open
- In Windows, click the Start button.
- Click All Programs.
- Locate and right click Internet Explorer (avoid 64 bit) in your program listing.
- From the menu, select Run as administrator.
- Click Allow in the User Account Control dialog box.
